Sell

We don't sell houses.
We reveal what makes your home unique.

A successful sale starts with the right approach.

Selling a property involves much more than simply putting it on the market. From defining the strategy and presenting the property, through viewings and negotiations, to completion, every stage deserves careful attention.

Discover how we can make
a difference for your project in 5 steps.

1

Getting it right from the start: strategy and pricing

Every property is different, and every owner has their own priorities. That is why we start by listening: to your expectations, your timing and what makes your property unique. From there, we work with you to define the right approach to the sale.

Getting the asking price right is essential. Too low, and you risk losing value; too high, and the property may stay on the market for too long. We base our pricing advice on market data, comparable sales, the technical, structural and administrative characteristics of your property, and our knowledge of the local market.

We also take care of the administrative preparation, identifying the necessary documents and requirements and making sure everything is in place from the start.

The right sales strategy starts with what makes your property unique and what matters to you.

2

Presenting your property at its best

Good presentation starts well before we take the first photographs. Together, we look at how your property can best be presented and where small adjustments could make a real difference.

We photograph your property professionally, with careful attention to light, perspective and detail, capturing its spaces, atmosphere and surroundings. Where it adds real value, we complement the photography with drone and 360° images.

Photography is only part of the story. A carefully written description brings together the facts and the character of your property, giving buyers a clear sense of what makes it special. Floor plans add clarity to the layout, while aerial images with property boundaries help them understand the setting and the extent of the land.

Together, these elements give buyers a good understanding of the property before they come to view it. They know what it has to offer and what to expect, allowing each viewing to be more focused from the outset.

3

Broad and targeted exposure

We give your property broad exposure through our trilingual website and an extensive network of leading property platforms in France and internationally.

Within that network, we carefully select the channels best suited to your property and the potential buyers we want to reach.

We bring our sales experience to every viewing. Our fluency in three languages is a real advantage.

4

Viewings and active follow-up

We arrange viewings promptly and flexibly, including outside normal working hours when needed. During each viewing, we take the time to present your property carefully, provide the information buyers need and give them the space to explore the property and its potential. Speaking three languages also means that we can welcome most buyers in their own language.

We ask the owner to take a step back while we show buyers around. In our experience, this helps buyers feel more at ease and gives them the freedom to look around, ask questions and share their first impressions openly.

During and after each viewing, we pay close attention to the buyers’ reactions and follow up on their interest. We share the feedback we receive with you and keep you informed of how the market is responding, making adjustments where needed.

5

From offer to completion

When an offer is made, we advise you and negotiate on your behalf. We make sure the agreed terms are clearly recorded, so everyone knows where they stand.

Once an offer has been accepted, we remain closely involved throughout the process. We liaise with the notaire, follow up on the administrative requirements and keep both parties informed, right through to the final handover.

Why an exclusive agreement works in your favour ?
