Our support doesn’t have to start with the search. If you have already come across a property that interests you, we can assist you throughout the purchase process.
Once you have found a property that interests you, we contact the selling agent or owner and gather the relevant information. We can view the property on your behalf or accompany you during the viewing. In either case, we assess both the property and the file with a critical and independent eye.
Throughout the purchase process, we stay by your side. We ask the right questions, advise you on important decisions and look after your interests during negotiations and the stages that follow. This gives you the information and support you need to move forward with confidence.

For our full property search service, we work under a search agreement. Our fee ranges from 2% to 2.5% of the purchase price, depending on the value of the property, and is only payable if our search results in a successful purchase.
When a property is listed with another estate agent, we aim to work together whenever possible. In that case, the agency fee is shared between the two agencies and our fee is usually covered in full by the selling agent, at no additional cost to you.
If you have already found a property and would like our support with the purchase, we agree a fee with you in advance, based on the level of support you require.
If you only need us to view and assess a property on your behalf, our fee is €250, plus €0.45 per kilometre travelled.
Our property search and buying support services mainly cover the Lot, Dordogne, Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn-et-Garonne and Corrèze.
We work within approximately a 90-minute drive of our office in Salviac. This allows us to visit properties ourselves and stay closely involved throughout your search and purchase.
